For purchasing on www.fiorentinastore.com you must follow carefully the online purchase procedure. FANATICS ITALY S.R.L. reserves the right to refuse an order if doubts exist over its truthfulness - incomplete or inconsistent personal data, supposable default already revealed in previous purchases, doubtful credit card authenticity - or if items requested are out of stock. Refusals of orders are communicated by e-mail and may not arrive in good time, but also after a request for information has been sent by the customer.

How to buy?

Purchasing on fiorentinastore.com is easy. All you need to do is follow these simple steps:

1. When you find the item you want to buy, choose the quantity, the possible size, and then click on “Add to cart”.
2. You can purchase immediately by clicking on “Check out”. To modify the cart, click on “more” or  “less” characters in the “Quantity” entry. To delete the products, click on “basket” symbol. Then, view the products put into the cart and click on “Check Out” to end your purchase. Alternatively, you can continue shopping without losing the items already in your cart and complete the purchase procedure later.
3. Enter the necessary shipping information and select the payment method:

• credit card or PayPal
• additional payment methods available.

Finally, read your order summary and click on “Buy”.

At the end of the purchase, you will receive an email containing the identifying data of your order and confirmation that it has been correctly received. New users not yet registered will also receive the password to access the registered area.

The amount will be charged in Euros. The conversion into other currencies is purely indicative.

Order finalization is allowed only for adults, fiorentinastore.com will not be responsible for orders placed by under age customers without the parents authorization.

Order Cancellation Request:

Fanatics Italy reserves the right to accept or refuse requests to cancel orders that have already been confirmed and are currently being processed by our warehouse.
During peak seasonal periods, the high volume of orders may make it more difficult to promptly intervene in the logistics process; for this reason, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be successfully processed once order preparation has begun.
